By using ReplaceQA ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Terms of Service

1. Description of Service

ReplaceQA is an AI-powered smoke test generation service. The Service analyzes websites using AI agents and generates automated Playwright tests based on its findings. The Service is currently in beta and is provided free of charge. Features, availability, and pricing may change at any time.

2. Account Terms

To use the Service, you must create an account using either a valid email address and password, or Google OAuth authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • Test websites you do not own or have permission to test
  • Attempt to overwhelm or attack websites through excessive test runs
  • Probe for security vulnerabilities without authorization
  • Reverse engineer or extract the source code of the Service
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

4. Your Content & Generated Tests

You retain ownership of all content you provide, including URLs and project data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to access and analyze websites you submit. Tests generated by the Service are yours to use, export, and modify without restriction. Generated tests are created by AI and may contain errors—you are responsible for reviewing them before production use.

5. Service Availability & Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without guarantees of availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or damages from inaccurate tests. You agree to indemnify us from claims arising from your use of the Service.

6. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon deletion, all your data will be permanently removed. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. Third-Party Websites

The Service browses and analyzes websites you submit. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party websites. Your use of third-party websites is at your own risk and subject to their terms and policies.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes arising from the use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Czech Republic.

Privacy Policy

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties.

9. Information We Collect

Information you provide:

  • Account information (email, name, password)
  • Project data (URLs, generated tests, test results, screenshots)

Information collected automatically:

  • Session data for authentication
  • Log data (IP address, browser type) for security

10. How We Use & Share Your Information

We use your information to operate the Service, authenticate you, generate tests, and send transactional emails. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate:

  • Anthropic (Claude AI) for website analysis and test generation
  • Polar.sh for subscription billing and payment processing
  • Sentry for error monitoring and crash reporting

We may also disclose information when required by law.

11. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored in our database with security measures including password hashing (bcrypt), secure sessions, and HTTPS encryption. No method of transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Your Rights

You can access your data through the Service, delete individual projects or your entire account, and export generated test code. When you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed.

13. Cookies & Tracking

We use essential cookies only for authentication. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or analytics that track you across websites.

14. Changes & Contact
